Casa Powers is a Home & Community Event Space for the LikeHearted. It was found in 2018 by the hospitality and event production group behind Medium Rare NYC and the Real Estate expert, interior design and renovation consultant, Sydney Blumstein, and her brother and partner, Cole Blumstein.

Nestled in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, this 3,600 square foot prewar warehouse has been converted into a home and event space for share.  Built full on the lot, the 25 x 100 foot building humbly boasts a very unique and wildly vibrant footprint. Casa Powers stands tall with 15 foot ceilings, multiple skylights providing abundant natural light, various mezzanines and a handful of hidden cozy rooms to discover and explore.  

It includes a new Sonos surround sound system, a 4K projector with a 200 inch movie screen, two kitchens, a handmade hardwood bar with a matching dining room table with seating for up to 20 people and so many other beautiful things that make you feel right at home in a very big yet very intimate communal space. We also have DJ's, DJ gear and QSC speakers, caterers and bartenders to book depending on what your event requires.

The whole venue was designed so that it can be split into two separate and private spaces, The Beehive & The Honeycomb, which are distinguished by a custom Tudelü remote controlled and motor operated retractable wall, made of soundproof recording studio felt that transforms the whole space in seconds and was fabricated by a local artisan. This feature gives the space the ability to be activated in a variety of different configurations and can be used to create an incredible reveal and a very fun party trick ;)

The Honeycomb can accommodate 75 guests in its main living, dining and entertainment space and The Beehive can accommodate an additional 25 guests for a total of 100 people.

Casa Powers is available for all kinds of experiences including intimate gatherings, dinner parties, ceremonies, DJ and musical performances, launch events, sound healings, art shows, theatre productions, wellness events, talks, meetings, yoga classes, workout classes, dance classes, film shoots, photo shoots y mucho mas!
